How paying works
When a game, league night or tournament charges a fee, you pay the organiser directly — usually by UPI, using the payment details shown on the event. The organiser then marks you as paid in Rally. Rally never holds or takes a cut of that money.
Getting a refund
Because the organiser holds the money, refunds are requested from the organiser. Ask them directly — every game, league and tournament page names who runs it. Most organisers will refund you if you tell them early enough that they can fill your spot.
If an organiser will not respond, write to hello@rallitime.com with the event and the date, and we will help you reach them. We cannot refund money we never received.
If the event is cancelled
If an organiser cancels a game, league night or tournament you have paid for, they are expected to refund you in full. Rally notifies everyone entered when an event is cancelled.
If you cancel
Whether you get your money back is the organiser’s call, and usually depends on how much notice you give — a court is booked and paid for whether you turn up or not. Change your RSVP in the app as soon as you know, so the organiser can offer your place to someone else.
Timelines
Where a refund is agreed, organisers are expected to return it by the same route you paid, within 5–7 working days. If Rally ever collects a payment on an organiser’s behalf, an agreed refund is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval.
Delivery of what you pay for
Rally sells no physical goods, so nothing is shipped and there are no delivery charges or delivery times. What a fee buys is a place in a game, league or tournament on a stated date at a stated venue. Your place is confirmed in the app as soon as the organiser marks you paid.
