Updated August 2026

By using Rally you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

For anything about the app — an account, a game, a score — write to hello@rallitime.com. It reaches the same person.

What Rally is

Rally is a tool for organising racquet-sport games, leagues and tournaments — scheduling, RSVPs, team draws, scoring and leaderboards. Rally does not run the games. Clubs, leagues and tournaments on Rally are run by their own organisers.

Your account

You sign in with your phone number. Keep it to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. One person, one account. Do not sign up on behalf of someone else without their say-so.

What the organiser is responsible for

The organiser of a game, league or tournament sets the date, venue, format, fee and rules, collects any money, and decides who plays. They, not Rally, are responsible for the event actually happening and for anything they charge for it. Rally records what they tell it.

Money

Where an event charges a fee, that money is paid directly to the organiser. Rally shows the amount and the organiser’s payment details and records whether they have marked you as paid. See Refunds & cancellations.

Fair use

Do not use Rally to harass anyone, to scrape or resell data, to impersonate another player, or to break the law. We can suspend an account that does. Scores and results are the record of a real game — do not falsify them.

Availability

Rally is provided as-is. We try to keep it up and correct, but we do not guarantee it will be available, or that every score, draw or leaderboard is free of error. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we will fix it.

Liability

Playing sport carries risk, and that risk is yours and your organiser’s, not Rally’s. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with Rally is limited to the amount you have paid us, which for almost everyone is nothing.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top says when they last changed. Continuing to use Rally means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
